Here we present our first premium project, IIM I View which is planned exclusively for IIM staff, Calicut. This project has 9 villas in 2000 to 2800 square feet plan. Villas of I View, which is located at downhill of IIM is located exactly 300 meters away from IIM second gate and is built in 6 to 10 cents of land. Project coordinated by Rayo Martin.
